Over the many years in the industry, sales often lead with how "their service is better". The truth is many of the providers in the market do provide favorable service comparatively. There are, however, a few that pride themselves on "being the biggest in the industry" and do not live up to the standards and expectations of the client. Our goal is to bring savings and technology while delivering on quality service. A vast majority of providers are instructed to "make the sale and move on". Lenders Portal will engage and remain engaged throughout the partnership and maintain communication at every level.
Roy entered the mortgage industry in 1994 as a loan officer. In 2000, he joined a nationally recognized CRA as a National Account Executive where his knowledge and interest grew. In 2011, he was asked to step into a Regional Sales Manager role overseeing the sales team from Hawaii to the Mississippi River. "There were so many talented people in the region where we strived to grow our knowledge as well as the business". When the culture of the organization changed, Roy explored his next chapter and worked with a couple of smaller CRA's. "You quickly learn the good, the bad and the ugly." In February of 2023, he took the step in starting his own business where he could truly commit to a standard of service few can match. "It is not my goal to bring on many, many clients but to focus on those select few where they do value a relationship with someone who actually listens and cares about delivering solutions critical to the lenders success.
